About Ivonne
Ivonne García is a violinist born and raised on the east coast of Puerto Rico. They hold a B.M. in Violin Performance from the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico. On the island, Ivonne has played with such groups as the Orquesta Sinfónica de Puerto Rico, Coro de Niños de San Juan and Orfeón San Juan Bautista. They also taught violin and music theory throughout San Juan. Having relocated to Chicago, Ivonne performs with such groups as the Chicago Composers Orchestra, Unsupervised Chicago and 5th Wave Collective.
